Covid-19 & Safety
The safety of all our attendees is very important to us. Following New York City guidelines, the current Covid-19 safety protocols will be followed at the event, including vaccination requirements and mask mandates. Should state and city guidelines change prior to the event, the information on this page will be updated and registered attendees will be notified. At this time, while vaccination against Covid-19 is strongly recommended, proof of vaccination is not required.
- Masks are not required. We will provide masks for attendees wishing to wear one.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event.
- We strongly recommend testing within 72 hours before you arrive, especially if you’ve had a known exposure to someone with Covid-19.
- Not feeling well? If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that you kindly make the decision to stay home for your safety, and for the safety of your fellow attendees. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the situation and process with a refund.
Can I attend virtually?
This event is in-person only. However, content and videos will be made available for all registered attendees post-event via email and on the Sharethrough blog.
What will you get after the event?
Attendees will get access to photos and exclusive educational content following the event via email.

How can I become a speaker?
To be considered, please contact hello@greenmediasummit.com. Please provide a brief on the topic you wish to speak about and include any relevant work done on sustainability.
What is the dress code?
Business casual attire. Please note the venue will be air conditioned.
Where can I book a hotel room?
A list of available hotels in the area will be made available soon.
How do I register?
I’ve registered but can no longer attend the event. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
How much does it cost to attend and what does it include?
For ticket pricing, click here. Tickets include full access to sessions, continental breakfast lunch, break beverages and snacks, and access to photos and exclusive content post-event.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
We accept payment via credit card including AMEX, Visa & Mastercard.
What if I have a discount code?
Discount codes must be applied when you register. Only one discount code per transaction will be accepted. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied after a registration has already been processed.
How can I obtain a receipt?
A receipt will be sent with confirmation to the email address on file after registration. .
