As EVP, Global Head of Brand Assurance, Deva leads dentsu’s US and Global Media Brand Assurance offerings, bringing together Brand Responsibility, Brand Safety, and Brand Suitability to address evolving media threats and enable clients to make the best, most responsible media decisions.
In this role, Deva partners closely with others across the organization, including on the Investment and Economic Empowerment teams, to constantly monitor and understand best practices in deliverability, suitability, viewability, responsibility, and sustainability. Deva is also leading the creation of a global Brand Assurance steering committee. Artealia is a change-maker and systems-thinker with 20 years of experience moving the needle on problems like climate change and inequality.
Her career has spanned a range of issues affecting transportation and mobility from well-to-wheels, including land-use planning, energy development and permitting, community engagement and environmental policy.
At Ford Motor Company, she leads environmental and sustainability communications and advocacy, supporting Ford’s efforts to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 and the company’s transition to electric vehicles. She works at the intersection of Ford’s environmental and sustainability priorities to create new opportunities for impact through education, policy engagement and partnerships.
Artealia most recently served as Director of Communications and Digital Media at Columbia’s University Center on Global Energy Policy and as part of the leadership team that launched Columbia University’s new Climate School. Prior to joining the University, Artealia was a senior executive in the Obama Administration where she served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Transportation Policy at the Department of Transportation and led communications, public engagement, and legislative strategy for the Department’s energy and environment portfolio.
Artealia earned a Master of Science in Communications Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She serves as a mentor for the Obama Foundation Voyager Scholars program and on the advisory board for the Sustainability Career and Technical Education program at Santa Monica College.

Before this Kelly managed multicultural marketing initiatives and digital strategy at DISH/SLING. A respected entrepreneur and executive with a track record of building companies that have defined and led multi-billion dollar categories, Brian was the co-founder and CEO of AppNexus through its $1.6B sale to AT&T in 2018. He co-founded Waybridge, a supply chain technology company, and served as CTO of Right Media through its successful acquisition by Yahoo.
Credited with the invention of programmatic advertising and the online ad exchange, Brian is deeply committed to technology-driven innovations that benefit society while improving the health of the planet. Brian is an active board member of Tech:NYC. Brian has been named to Crain’s 40 Under 40, Adweek 50 and Silicon Alley 100 lists, holds multiple patents, and was recognized as an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year in the New York region in 2012.

Prior to heading IPG Mediabrands global sustainability efforts, Martin, who joined UM in 2011, led the US strategy practice at J3, the dedicated team that services the Johnson & Johnson business.
He took a year long sabbatical in 2017, traveling the world with his partner, spending time volunteering on regenerative, organic farms.

Molly Voss-Fanon

Molly Fannon is an international sustainable development executive seasoned in leading organizations to embrace on-the-ground social impact, true to their unique mission and purpose.
She is a leading thinker on the intersection of culture and development. Until recently, she was the founding CEO of the Museum for the United Nations – UN Live, where she shaped a startup idea into an organization operating around the world. UN Live’s mission is to drive massive grassroots action in support of a more just and secure world, through science-backed power of mass culture, and to nurture a renewed sense of global empathy, in so doing.
Previously, Molly was the first Director of International Relations and Global Programs at the Smithsonian Institution, where she transformed international strategy and engagement for the world’s largest museum, education, and scientific research complex, across 150 countries.
Prior to stepping into the museum and cultural sector, Molly’s professional background including leadership positions in sustainable development and human rights, where she worked in nearly 50 countries, primarily in the Global South. She therefore has a strong sense of how to work with highly diverse perspectives, cultures, and issues. She was a Fulbright Scholar in Argentina and a TechnoServe Fellow in Mozambique.
