Sustainability & Branding Alignment

As a sponsor of the Green Media Summit, we encourage you to align your branding and materials with our core mission: driving sustainability and innovation in media and advertising. Please adhere to the following guidelines to maintain a cohesive and environmentally conscious event experience.

Branding & Visual Identity

Logo Usage

  • Your logo may be displayed on signage, digital screens, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure high-resolution, print-ready (300dpi) and web-optimized (RGB, PNG/SVG) versions are provided.
  • No modifications to the Green Media Summit logo or wordmark are allowed.
  • Co-branded materials should maintain a balance between your branding and event branding without overpowering one another.

Sustainable Booth & Exhibit Setup

Eco-Friendly Materials

  • All printed materials should be on recycled paper or FSC-certified stock.
  • No single-use plastics—bring reusable, compostable, or recyclable materials.

Tech & Digital Displays

  • Digital-first approach: Utilize QR codes for brochures instead of printed handouts.
  • Energy-efficient screens and lighting should be used where possible.
  • Activations: Ensure interactive demonstrations align with event sustainability messaging.

Promotional Items & Giveaways

  • No plastic swag items—use compostable, upcycled, or reusable materials.
  • If providing promotional gifts, ensure they are eco-friendly and practical, such as:
    • Reusable water bottles
    • Plantable seed cards
    • Digital product discounts or e-book downloads
  • Avoid wasteful or excessive packaging.

Social & Digital Presence

Hashtags & Mentions

  • Official event hashtag: #GreenMediaSummit
  • Tag @GreenMediaSummit on LinkedIn when posting.

Messaging Guidelines

  • Focus on sustainability, innovation, and industry leadership.
  • Avoid greenwashing—claims about sustainability should be verifiable and transparent.
  • Mention your company’s commitment to sustainability and how your participation contributes to greener advertising and media.

On-Site Waste & Recycling Guidelines

  • Zero-waste goal: Reduce, reuse, recycle.
  • Place all waste into the designated bins for compost, recycling, and landfill.
  • If your booth generates waste, include a waste management plan (i.e., ensuring attendees know where to dispose of items properly).

Compliance & Approval Process

  • All branded assets (banners, digital content, promotional items) must be approved by March 15, 2025.
  • Submit materials for review to: design@sharethrough.com
  • Event staff will conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with sustainability and branding guidelines.
