Branding & Visual Identity
Logo Usage
- Your logo may be displayed on signage, digital screens, and promotional materials.
- Ensure high-resolution, print-ready (300dpi) and web-optimized (RGB, PNG/SVG) versions are provided.
- No modifications to the Green Media Summit logo or wordmark are allowed.
- Co-branded materials should maintain a balance between your branding and event branding without overpowering one another.
Sustainable Booth & Exhibit Setup
Eco-Friendly Materials
- All printed materials should be on recycled paper or FSC-certified stock.
- No single-use plastics—bring reusable, compostable, or recyclable materials.
Tech & Digital Displays
- Digital-first approach: Utilize QR codes for brochures instead of printed handouts.
- Energy-efficient screens and lighting should be used where possible.
- Activations: Ensure interactive demonstrations align with event sustainability messaging.
Promotional Items & Giveaways

- If providing promotional gifts, ensure they are eco-friendly and practical, such as:

- Plantable seed cards
- Digital product discounts or e-book downloads
- Avoid wasteful or excessive packaging.
Social & Digital Presence

On-Site Waste & Recycling Guidelines
- Zero-waste goal: Reduce, reuse, recycle.
- Place all waste into the designated bins for compost, recycling, and landfill.
- If your booth generates waste, include a waste management plan (i.e., ensuring attendees know where to dispose of items properly).
Compliance & Approval Process

- Submit materials for review to: design@sharethrough.com
