Noel Anderson
Chief Sustainability Officer
American Red Cross
Noel Anderson currently serves as the American Red Cross chief sustainability officer and vice president of Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) Strategy.
Noel oversees the Red Cross commitment to reduce the impact of climate change by integrating a climate‐centric approach in the way the Red Cross advances its mission, conducts its business, invests its resources, and supports national and international climate change initiatives.
Noel joined the Red Cross in 2006, and most recently served as vice president of Humanitarian Services Operations, where he provided strategic planning, project management oversight, and operational support to local Red Cross chapters nationwide, as well as delivering management support to core Red Cross lines of business, programs and functions. Prior to that, he served as division fundraising vice president for the Southwest and Rocky Mountain Division, where he was responsible for mission‐related fundraising activities in nine states.
Throughout the pandemic, Noel led many Red Cross COVID‐19 initiatives including procuring PPE, coordinating staff vaccination access efforts and ensuring the safety of employees and volunteers. Prior to the pandemic, he led the strategy for Territory Alignment for field geographic boundaries and facilitated the consolidation of Biomedical and Humanitarian Service fleet management into a single effort, in addition to his regular duties.
Originally from Kansas, Noel’s career spans over 20 years of work for nonprofits in various fundraising roles for organizations including United Way and the University of Kansas Endowment Association.
Noel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications from the University of Kansas. His wife Misha is an optometrist with whom he has two children, Connor and Elise.
Maggie Mattingley

With over 6 years of experience in digital media, Maggie Mattingley is Lead Director, Inventory Management at The Trade Desk.
In her role at TTD, Maggie is focused on using a data-driven approach to reduce duplication and optimize the supply path of every impression delivered through TTD’s platform.
She has been an integral part of TTD’s SPO efforts that drive sustainability in the programmatic ecosystem including OpenPath, Google OB deprecation and open RTB 2.6 CTV podding. She also helped launch TTD’s Green PMPs with Sharethrough in partnership with Scope3 to help decarbonize the programmatic supply chain through carbon offsets.
Vivian Chang

Vivian Chang is a digitally native executive and advisor with over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, and analytics.
She leads by leveraging technical expertise, strategic thinking, and passion for consumer experience to build successful omnichannel marketing strategies for some of the fastest-growing consumer companies.
Currently, Vivian is leading the DTC practice at The Clorox Company, where she is responsible for enabling and growing a portfolio of direct-to-consumer enabled brands under the Fortune 500 company.
Prior to this, she served as the Senior Director of Marketing at Plated, a subscription meal kit startup, where she oversaw multi-channel marketing and analytics.
She also led RetailMeNot’s efforts to grow traffic and loyal users for the U.S. brand, launching the mobile app and driving 1M+ downloads in the first year for the online shopping discount hub.

Credited with the invention of programmatic advertising and the online ad exchange, Brian is deeply committed to technology-driven innovations that benefit society while improving the health of the planet.
Brian is an active board member of Tech:NYC. Brian has been named to Crain’s 40 Under 40, Adweek 50 and Silicon Alley 100 lists, holds multiple patents, and was recognized as an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year in the New York region in 2012. Brian was an early supporter of Girls Who Code and the Marshall Plan for Moms and is deeply committed to making the technology industry more inclusive.
Brian has a B.S.E. in Computer Science from Princeton University. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, two daughters, and two cats.
Krystal Olivieri

Krystal Olivieri is the Global Chief Innovation Officer of GroupM & Choreograph and is one of the “50 most indispensable executives in media, marketing and tech” according to Adweek.
As the CIO, Krystal leads GroupM’s data ethics approach anchored in the philosophy of “just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.” She has long been on the forefront of our industry and brings a future-focused approach to GroupM’s technical investments.
Krystal also sits on the client steering committees of some of the largest media companies in the world and has led the co- development of several notable capabilities that are becoming industry solutions. Krystal has been a GroupM veteran of more than six years — starting in GroupM’s advanced programmatic media arm Xaxis and has played roles at Omnicom Media Group and NDN, Inc. She currently lives on Long Island with her beloved Frenchie Gus.
John Osborn

John is a transformational leader, with extensive experience driving strategic and financial growth.
He has done so for a number of agencies, clients, Fortune 500 companies, public corporations and nonprofits.
John was recently appointed to lead Ad Net Zero USA as the Director of the coalition, with focus on establishing and growing its supporter base and delivering on its mission to unify the advertising industry around actions that will drive towards net zero carbon emissions from the development, production and media placement of advertising.
Yale Cohen

Yale Cohen serves as the EVP of Global Digital Standards for Publicis Media, encompassing all areas of media quality, safety and suitability, sustainability and now brand integrity.
In doing so, he helps advertisers understand the value of each individual impression and how culture and the environment have impacted marketers’ decision process.
He has become Publicis Media’s industry voice for Standards, incorporating client needs for partners to adhere to Publicis’ stringent expectations. In collaboration with Publicis’ CSR team in Paris, Yale has helped launch A.L.I.C.E. (Advertising Limiting Impacts & Carbon Emissions), an industry leading carbon calculator globally to measure creative, production, and media across all channels, including digital in partnership with Scope3 and Impact+.
Throughout his 20 years of digital advertising experience, 13 of them with Publicis, Yale has worked alongside clients including Bank of America, Verizon, and Kellogg’s to simplify the complexities of our industry. He’s the chair of the 4A’s Advertiser Protection Bureau, honoree of Adweek’s Young Influential list, and part of numerous charity organizations.
Jean-Marc Papin

Jean-Marc is leading Horizon Media’s decarbonization efforts, with the goal of reducing 60% of agency CO2 emissions by 2024 by optimizing operations, generating efficiencies, and meeting environmental and privacy regulations.
He brings his expertise in sustainability strategy, which he gained from 20+ years of experience in Management Consulting across diverse sectors. He also recently completed a sustainability strategy development program at Harvard Business School.
Jean-Marc is responsible for developing the roadmap and data strategy for Horizon’s identity solution. Jean-Marc is also leading business consulting services to clients.
Richard Davis

Richard Davis is the CEO and Co-Founder of 51toCarbonZero (51-0), enabling enterprises to set, accelerate and achieve their net zero ambitions.
A pioneer in sustainability, he launched the first sustainability brand agency network in the dentsu group in 2009, helping global brands make their first steps in sustainability at the time. More recently, as the youngest member of the global media leadership team, he looked after a number of strategic initiatives, including embedding sustainability in the corporate governance and go to market offering of the company.
He lives in London with his wife and two children, but he grew up in Milan (Italy) enjoying AC Milan winning multiple Champions Leagues and what he believes is the best coffee on the planet. Richard holds a postgraduate certificate in Sustainable Business from Cambridge University and an MBA from London Bayes.
Martin Bryan

Martin Bryan is the Global Chief Sustainability Officer at UM, the global media agency network of IPG Mediabrands.
He oversees the development of agency processes and products that enable Mediabrands and its clients to comply with their net-zero goals. A graduate of the Yale School of Management’s Sustainability in Business Executive Education program, he is a passionate, proactive and dedicated champion of our Media for Good mission, pushing our industry to create a more sustainable future.
Prior to heading IPG Mediabrands global sustainability efforts, Martin, who joined UM in 2011, led the US strategy practice at J3, the dedicated team that services the Johnson & Johnson business. He took a yearlong sabbatical in 2017, traveling the world with his partner, spending time volunteering on regenerative, organic farms.
Martin lives in Morristown, NJ with his husband and their two dogs and is an avid gardener and beekeeper
Jennie Mucciarone

Jennie Mucciarone is a programmatic subject matter expert, currently employed at iRobot as a digital media strategist.
In her role, Jennie facilitates planning to drive performance and build equity for the brand.
In 2022, Jennie pioneered iRobot’s first ever carbon net-zero digital media buy with Sharethrough. She continues to look for ways to incorporate sustainability into iRobot’s advertising strategy and contribute to industry de-carbonization. Jennie is committed to furthering her personal education and involvement with environmental efforts via green media.
Prior to iRobot, Jennie cut her teeth at Havas Media Group working on the TracFone Wireless business, which was eventually acquired by Verizon.
Jennie has a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University, where she was a 4 year student-athlete.
Hillary Slattery

In addition to overseeing the programmatic product roadmap and strategy for the IAB Tech Lab, Hillary is currently leading its Sustainability Working Group aimed at lowering the carbon emissions caused by programmatic advertising.

Curt Larson

As member of the IAB Tech Lab’s Board of Directors and the RTB Commit group, Curt has helped drive numerous technical specs and is helping spearhead the IAB’s current sustainability initiative.
At Sharethrough, he is driving the rollout of numerous sustainability initiatives including GreenPMPs, internal usage and emission reductions, and some exciting new products to come in 2023.Curt has over 20 years of career experience in technology and product management.
After spending 5 years at Deloitte Consulting managing large-scale systems implementation projects, he led the rollout of new mobile handsets and services for Vodafone Japan.
He then moved to Silicon Valley and led several product management teams, including as a founding employee at Jibe mobile (now Google), growing and taking RingCentral public, and 8 years at Sharethrough, where he led the creation of the first native exchange and guided Sharethrough to a programmatic business model.
He has co-authored numerous programmatic specs with the IAB and is active in the industry. He has experience leading product, UX, analytics, business development, operations, marketing, and publisher sales.
Kenrika Mazuch

Kenrika Mazuch is a talented Product Manager at Mediavine, who provides invaluable leadership and guidance as she oversees the development and execution of various ad unit types that are at the core of Mediavine’s revenue generation for its 10k+ publishers.
She is a value-driven, innovative product manager who often takes ideas and brings them to fruition through an extensive, yet efficient, research, review and testing process with the intent to launch ad technology that is built to minimize latency and maximize performance. She leads cross-functional teams in the planning, building and rollout of ad units, while also combining her highly analytical skills with extensive data and communications knowledge to evolve Mediavine’s ongoing product strategy.
Kenrika also tackles important industry-wide issues to bring forth creative solutions in the programmatic space, including being a strong advocate for privacy and digital sustainability-related matters. She’s committed to contributing to and expanding her knowledge in the tech arena through her involvement in Prebid and working on various industry-leading projects with her Mediavine team.
Prior to joining Mediavine, Kenrika worked in Sports and Entertainment for a decade where she pioneered several large-scale projects on a global scale. She holds an undergraduate degree in Communications from the State University of New York and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

As SVP, Insider Advertising - Revenue Operations & Data Strategy, Chao is responsible for advertising strategy & operations, AdTech solutions, and overall client success.
Throughout his career, Chao has had extensive experience in tech start-ups and publishing. He believes in the value and power of media publishers when it comes to creating reader-first content, media, and data solutions. Chao is leading the overall media sustainability efforts at Insider in conjunction with the parent company Axel Springer.
Scott Mulqueen

As VP of Programmatic and Yield, Scott Mulqueen oversees all of the programmatic, yield management, and ad operations businesses for Recurrent’s digital media brands.
Scott and his team are also responsible for all ad-revenue delivery and monetization.
Scott’s vast experience managing the supply side of the business for digital media brands combined with his longstanding work in numbers and analytics have proven to be a natural fit for auction mechanics, monetization, and supply management. He has spent time overseeing programmatic revenue, strategy, and ad tech for Trusted Media Brands, Dotdash, and Time Inc. His first stint in media was with Hearst, running their revenue/yield management for the magazine group.
Prior to joining digital media, Mulqueen spent several years in FP&A and analytics. Immediately before his time with Hearst, he spent four years overseeing pricing and analytics for Standard Motor Products.

Danielle Azoulay

Danielle has over 15 years of experience leading, developing and operationalizing sustainability and corporate responsibility programs for global, consumer products companies in the apparel and accessories, personal care, home goods, and retail sectors.
Danielle works with companies at all stages of maturity, from start-ups to Fortune 500s, to embed sustainability and corporate responsibility into their business strategies and operations.
From coaching and mentoring junior sustainability staff, training and engagement, to CEO and Board education, Danielle has experience with driving every facet of a company’s sustainability transformation. She hopes to help support many more companies on their sustainability transformation as part of The CSO Shop, a fractional CSO advising company that she founded in 2022.
